Travel Condiment Bottles

OXO Outdoor, 2021

Overview

Reusable 3 oz and 6 oz squeeze bottles built for camp kits, for everything from ketchup and dressing to oil, syrup and even soap.

As the lead mechanical engineer, I took the bottle set from concept to a DFM-ready design on a four-month schedule.

A four-month timeline. We had just four months to deliver a DFM-ready design, so OXO wouldn't miss the summer camping sales season.
Leakproof for the trail. Design a leakproof lid with an attached cap so the bottles travel and store safely in camp kits.
Easy to clean. Keep the bottles durable and reusable while making them dishwasher safe.
