Enduro Toy Vehicles

Modarri, 2015–2016

Role: Assisting Mechanical Engineer
Company: IDE
Volume: 5,000

Project goals

The Enduro suite added two vehicles to Modarri's line, both made from environmentally sustainable materials: the Enduro Racer, an elegant and flashy yet durable car, and the Enduro Truck, a robust truck built to survive extreme conditions.

My role

On the Racer, I engineered a low-friction, smooth-spinning wheel assembly using dissimilar metals. On the Truck, I engineered a drivetrain to withstand a 100 lb static load, along with a similar low-friction, dissimilar-metal wheel assembly.
